On Thursday, for the first time in its history, the Council of Europe has called on the Palestinian Authority to stop funding terror by paying convicted and detained terrorists and their families.
Current PA laws and regulations grant every terrorist who is arrested, tried and imprisoned in Israel to receive a monthly payment. The more Israelis are killed and the longer the terrorist is sentenced to prison, the more money is given to the terrorist and his family.
